Yoga Teacher


Valerie is a Self-Care Facilitator and Mental Health and Mindfulness Trainer, with expertise in Movement (Yoga and Somatics), Breathwork, Mindful Meditation, Sound Therapy and Mental Health First Aid. Based in SW London, she provides an open, collaborative and trauma-informed space to support personal transformation inside and out.

Her offerings stem from a desire to help others centre their health and wellbeing to fulfil their full potential, and have been widely shared through studios including triyoga and The Life Centre, and organisations including the National Theatre and wework. In 2021, she co-founded Vana, a leading community empowering women to reclaim their wellbeing through inclusive and accessible self-care activities.
