Simon’s journey to fitness professional started as a badminton player, leading to a career as a coach. Fast forward ten years and Simon now has over twenty fitness qualifications under his belt and a hard-earned reputation as one of the most experienced yet approachable personal trainers in London. Simon believes in evidence-based coaching, meaning that when he isn’t training clients, he’s geeking out over the latest piece of sports science and health research on pubmed. Simon enjoys meeting clients from all walks of life. Although he loves training those who have specific athletic or performance based goals, he also finds it hugely rewarding to give those coming to exercise for the first time, or after a significant life challenge, a safe space from which to pursue their goals.
