Rosie, a teacher and specialist in Vinyasa flow with Positive Psychology uses uplifting and energetic sequences to appropriately warm up the body enabling peak poses to be met, ones which best suit the client, their ability, energy levels and mindset. Weaving positive psychology and mantras into the session, Rosie lays the foundations for her clients to gain strength in their practice both on and off the mat, keeping students fully immersed. Her work as a wellness journalist and Integrative health coach means her knowledge and understanding of marrying a healthy mind with a healthy body comes part and parcel with her teaching.
