Kelly is able to use her additional knowledge in Yoga to deliver challenging and dynamic programs that will work on strength and mobility. Her approach embodies a balance of strength and calm, understanding that mindset and mental health are huge factors when it comes to long term goals and maintaining fitness commitments. Kelly likes to encourage her clients to question feel and sensation through varied movements, this body awareness allows clients to truly connect to the strength and ability accessible within them.
