Maria’s mission is to help others achieve their goals, reach their potential and improve their wellbeing through movement and coaching. She has a broad range of knowledge of different sports and activities, having previously trained in various dance styles, athletics, scuba diving, martial arts, gymnastics and circus arts. She also loves connecting with people and supporting their personal development.
A psychology graduate, with experience working in the mental health sector, Maria is an advocate of exercise for mental and physical wellbeing to help manage these stressors. Combining her experience and passions for movement, wellness and creativity is what led to her becoming a fitness and wellbeing coach, something she describes as her “true calling”.
