Lauren believes that feeling fit and healthy should be accessible to everyone whatever your background. “Personal training isn't about me telling someone what to do; I work as a partnership with my clients to ensure that any programming I design for them fits within their lifestyle whilst actually being fun to do!” Exercise science is always progressing and evolving and because of this Lauren invests heavily in her own education as a trainer to ensure that she is always able to deliver the highest quality of sessions. Lauren has worked with clients from many different backgrounds and offers specific program design for strength and conditioning, pre and post-natal exercise and injury and pain management.
