Having worked in a corporate environment for 15 years, Kelly understands the strain a workplace can impose on the body and the mind. Her passion to share the benefits that she has experienced from dedicating her time to a regular yoga practice has led her into teaching. Always keen to break down stigmas of ‘Yoga’ that may hold people back from the practice, Kelly’s focus is on presence within the body and mind, always looking to leave clients feeling calmer and at ease at the end of each session. Kelly encourages her clients to connect the body to the breath through a Vinyasa flow style movement which can be adapted to all levels. If you are a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals or a regular practitioner looking to deepen your practice, Kelly will work with you and create a calm and grounded environment to progress in.
