It’s important to Hope that her clients enjoy their training first and foremost. She hopes to provide you with the tools to redefine fitness on your terms. 

Hope first became interested in building strength and stamina via pole fitness as a challenging alternative to build strength and stamina. She grew to love training with weights in the gym and developed a non-aesthetic based approach and a positive view of my own body.

Hope knows how it feels to be trapped in a cycle of unsustainable HIIT routines and a negative relationship with your body. Each week she will help clients focus on what they have achieved and what areas they can improve in rather than what they have lost. She believes this sustainable approach to health, fitness and wellbeing is what makes training enjoyable.
