What our clients are saying

“I’d always loved long distance running but following an ankle injury, I really lost my confidence and my enjoyment of it. Working with Amram 1-1 was a game changer; his approach helped me to rebuild my strength quicker than I thought possible whilst having a lot of fun. His friendly support coupled with in-depth knowledge allowed me to go back to being an every day runner and loving it again.”

“Despite my initial scepticism about personal trainers, I have found my knee injury getting better and stronger after each session with my Muto trainer until I could finally get back on my beloved bicycle. I now really get why a highly educated personal trainer is so important.”

- - Andrew - -

“As a pole fitness instructor and enthusiast, building my strength for advanced and specific tricks, whilst avoiding overload or injury, is of paramount importance to my everyday life. I only trust Muto coaches to understand the biomechanics of my quite unusual sport and I have seen great improvements since beginning to work with them.”

- - Miriam - -

“One of the greatest discoveries I’ve made regarding initially, rehabilitation, and now for fitness. The approach is unique and unrivalled in my opinion. I have used many personal trainers previously and will never go back to the “old” way.”
