Anna is passionate about promoting a more balanced, accessible and inclusive approach to fitness and wellbeing. There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to our wellbeing, and because of this she tailors everything around you, your individual lifestyle and goals.
There are so many ways to enjoy movement and Anna will guide you to find what kind of movement sparks joy in your life right now. She specialises in strength and conditioning, cardiovascular, yoga inspired movements and meditation. She hopes that each session will leave you feeling empowered, strong (in whichever way the word strong means to you), energised and looking forward to the next!
As well as training private clients, Anna teaches group classes at a top studio in London and her passion for breaking down barriers in place in the fitness and wellness industry has led her to become a co-founder of a wellbeing community for all women.
