Amy strongly believes that fitness should add to our lives, not detract from it. She supports her clients in a weight neutral framework to feel more confident and empowered moving their body. Amy’s top priority when working with clients is collaboration: she wants to help her clients find achievable goals that help them to enjoy exercise whilst fitting in with their lifestyle. Amy is also a very experienced climber, giving her a good understanding of resistance and mobility training to help you get to the top, no matter what! Her personal training style is “safe and welcoming.
